
Ground beef 1/2 pound for each person you are feeding
Rice 1/2 cup for ever 1/2 pound of Ground Beef
Macaroni 11/2 cups only
23/4 cups of water
Tomato Paste 1 can add for cans of water.
Quart of tomato’s
1 onion
1 green pepper.
brown and drain beef, add all other products, stir and simmer 25-40 minutes, (type of noodle and rice will make a difference.
Serve with Salad or Vegetable.
